Technical Expertise
- Proficient at EoT claim analysis/assessment, earned-value analysis, risk assessment, preparing high-level reports, variance / trend analysis & productivity analysis, what-if scenarios, time impact analysis
- Solid experience in Delay analysis, forensic delay analysis Methodologies as per standard delay analysis guidelines such as “retrospective Window Analysis”
- Capable of setting up projects, advising clients about their project controls requirements, implementing process and procedures, administering contracts in relation to programme/controls and claims, chairing workshops
- Expected to work independently on schedule updates, forecasting, mitigation plans, budget variance, and change management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Engineering, or related field
- Proficient in planning software e.g. P6, Microsoft Project, (Power BI - preferred); Expert in MS Office suite, with preferred experience in cost control software
- 12- 15 years of relevant experience, including 5-8 years in consultancy; Must have GCC experience, ideally in the UAE / KSA
- Must be willing to travel between Emirates to client offices / construction sites where required
