We’re looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team!
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor, with strong expertise in cost management.
- Must have GCC experience, ideally in the UAE / KSA
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g. Bluebeam, CostX, or similar) and familiar with industry standards and practices
- Must have experience with pre-contract high level cost planning through to BQ production together with post-contract commercial activities. Experience with measurement for BQ production under POMI, CESMM 3 and 4 and NRM is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
