The PMKConsult Project Management Team
is headed up by Jon Whyte.

PMKConsult will ensure that no commercial services are undertaken without full engagement with our clients. We see ourselves as the ‘voice of reason’; speaking on behalf of our clients to ensure delivery of their developments are to acceptable market price.



Contract Advisory and Dispute Resolution

PMKConsult is able to provide commercial management, risk-based advisory and dispute management services on complex projects across all construction and engineering industries.

With experience in commercial contracting and professional industry practices; our consultants are able to identify key issues quickly and find the best solutions for our clients. 

Our knowledge of local markets affords the opportunity to engage PMKConsult commercial staff on a secondment basis into any project at any stage of execution; with assurance of the highest professional and technical standards from our teams.

Whilst it is preferable to engage our teams at the outset for the seamless delivery of a project, it is recognised that some project encounter difficulties during the execution phase. Our professionals are able to be deployed on troubled projects to swiftly assimilate the nature of the problems.

We provide advice on the appropriate mitigation strategies, prepare and negotiate variations, contractual time & cost claims and advise on dispute management issues.
