We are actively working on developing one and have initiated internal processes aligned with ISO: 14001 standards with aim to obtain ISO:14001 by the end of 2024. As an interim measure and in lieu of a formal EMS, we have provided a copy of our sustainability statement that outlines our commitment to sustainability practices

Additionally, it’s worth noting that members of our team hold qualifications as LEED Green Associates and WELL AP and have been involved in a number of projects obtaining LEED certification. Notably, we managed the construction of General Electric’s regional headquarters and are currently overseeing a project for the Abu Dhabi Investment Council, on track to achieve LEED Platinum certification.

The PMKConsult team have experience of both WELL and WELL Health Safety implementation across commercial office properties and large scale buildings. Both WELL and WELL Health Safety focus on the office or building impact on the health and wellbeing of the occupants and users of the building, focussing on areas such as access to daylight, air quality and cleaning practices.
