Continuing growth needs strong leadership. Today we announce three new additions to the directorship at PMKConsult, acknowledging the significant role they have played in the recent expansion of our regional presence and services.
Clayton Parsons leads our KSA team in Riyadh. An accomplished project manager, Clayton has over 15 years of experience leading complex projects in a wide range of sectors including commercial real estate, education, hospitality, retail, education, food & beverage and data centres. He is a certified Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) and holds a PMP certification at the Project Management Institute.
Jim Langan is now a Project Director based in Dubai. He brings over a decade of experience delivering fit-out, base-build, and recovery projects across multiple sectors. He has a track record of guiding global brands, such as Daikin and Komatsu, with confidence and clarity through core areas of project delivery including contract administration, procurement, and change management.
Keiran Williams leads our commercial fit-out work. Having built strong partnerships with leading global corporations, he has successfully led diverse project scopes and delivery programmes across the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America. Adept at navigating complex challenges with technical and commercial acumen, Keiran leads teams with a strong emphasis on collaboration, precision and accountability so client expectations are met with the highest standards. He is a member of the CoreNet Global Young Leaders board.
