PMKConsult Appointed on New 35,000m² Arcapita Warehouse in Jafza, Dubai
We’re proud to announce our appointment to deliver Project, Commercial, and Design Management for Arcapita’s new 35,000m² warehouse facility located in Jafza, Dubai.
Purpose-built for pharmaceutical goods and lithium-ion batteries, this warehouse is targeting LEED Silver certification, setting new benchmarks for energy efficiency and sustainability in the industrial logistics sector. The project will also utilise pre-cast construction elements to further reinforce sustainable practices throughout the build.
With our proven expertise in industrial delivery, PMKConsult will oversee all key aspects—ensuring a smooth design process, efficient authority approvals, and robust commercial oversight from concept through to completion.
