PMKConsult Delivers New Headquarters in One Central, Dubai, UAE

Dubai, United Arab Emirates; 08 November 2022: Award-winning project and commercial management consultancy, PMKConsult announces its successful delivery of the newly renovated headquarters for an international provider of tech-enabled mass transit solutions in One Central, Dubai.

The project work involved extending the client’s current office in One Central, Dubai with an additional 950 sqm. to cater the increased workforce following the company’s expansion. The project and cost management consultancy was provided in a live office environment requiring skilled business-critical solutions to ensure that daily company operations could continue while works remained ongoing.

The new space includes 149 new workstations, meeting rooms, huddle rooms, a CEO office, a lounge and a large breakout pantry. The new workspace was designed to capture the essence of the client’s brand by creating a youthful and vibrant atmosphere that stays true to their corporate values.

The PMKConsult teams were responsible for the project and cost management, in addition to design development. The work streams were carried out in line with the budget parameters and included construction monitoring, furniture procurement, and preparing and coordinating of all close out documentation. With local knowledge and expertise, the team identified the risks and developed mitigation strategies to help avoid exposure to cost overrun and compliance issues while successfully carrying out the extensive works.
