In partnership with Mannassa Hospitality Company and the SUSHISAMBA Group, PMKConsult provided Project and Commercial Management services, navigating the unique challenges of this high-profile development. The project required not only a world-class approach to design and execution but also sensitivity to the cultural and traditional values of the region. Integrating local customs, including the importance of privacy in dining spaces, alongside the contemporary flair of SUSHISAMBA’s renowned aesthetic, was essential to creating a venue that resonates with both local and international guests.
