PMKConsult recognised in the Top 20 consultants in the Middle East by Construction Week!

Appearing on this year’s list for the first time is Kevin Woolley, CEO of PMKConsult.

Over the past year, Woolley has spearheaded remarkable growth in the UAE, expanding operations by over 60% and establishing a new office in Riyadh, KSA. Under his leadership, PMKConsult completed a significant acquisition in the UK of an 80+ year old consultancy firm, specialising in hospitality and F&B brand rollouts, and launched a US subsidiary to support a UAE client. These initiatives have resulted in substantial organisational growth, adding over 70 full-time employees to the team.

Furthermore, Woolley has successfully maintained the company’s strong corporate culture through internal initiatives and ongoing support. He has also implemented a company-wide ERP system designed to enhance operational efficiency and support its pursuit of ISO certification. This initiative has streamlined processes, contributing to the firm’s overall productivity and quality management.

Woolley has also invested in new technologies to further enhance project efficiencies and continuously explores the latest software to support their clients’ projects.
Key projects under Woolley’s guidance include supporting the construction of the new Zayed International Airport, where PMKConsult played a crucial role in delivering luxury retail units and premium airport facilities. The company has been involved in significant refurbishment for major mall assets, with total works valued at approximately $109 million (AED400 million).

PMKConsult also actively engages in various CSR initiatives, reflecting its commitment to giving back to the community. The company supports Gulf for Good, Surge for Water, and participates in charitable challenges such as the MND Challenge 2024, demonstrating its dedication to social causes and community welfare.
