The Project
We were appointed to manage the fit-out of a high-end Mediterranean Restaurant in the Al Zohra Development in Ajman. The Al Thanani restaurant fit out included nearly 1,000 sqm of restaurant space including outdoor terrace seating and different kitchen areas. The total seating capacity of the restaurant is 145 pax, of which 80 are located outside on the terrace overlooking the Al Zohra Development. The mixed-use development is built within a lush ecosystem to create an active seaside community. The restaurant atmosphere needed to complement the development and bring the coastal ambience to life.
