The Project
The clinic is a 364 (expandable to 490) bed facility and is a unique and unparalleled extension of the Cleveland Clinic model of care. The project was to manage the delivery of the on-site hospital catering facilities. The facility serves multiple areas of the hospital from VIP and Royal Suites, and Conferencing Centres. The facility accommodates live cooking demonstrations and is available to staff and visitor areas. The programme was carried out within one year and was delivered alongside the main programme of the medical facility. The facility was required to accommodate multiple meals of varying cuisines on a continual and daily basis to satisfy the requirements of the clinic.
