The Project

This project is to manage the design and build of the Iraqi country pavilion. It will consist of a main building which holds VIP rooms and staff areas with an impressive external layout which maps the country of Iraq around an impressive steel canopy which houses media walls to exhibit the country of Iraq for visitors. Recent history has distracted the rest of the world from seeing the country’s immense value, and the stakeholders involved in this project are looking to its participation in the EXPO to celebrate this nation and reflect the importance of passing on its knowledge, value, and heritage to future generations.

Our Appointment

We are appointed to manage the contractor’s procurement ensuring that it adheres to the client’s budget and timeline while not compromising quality. We are also managing the project program accounting for material delivery lead times as well as the design development of the studio in line with the client’s vision and aspirations. To ensure that the design and quality standards are being upheld, we are providing site supervision of all works being carried out. To ensure that the project meets the necessary regulatory standards set forth by the Expo team, we are overseeing and handling all of the interface with Expo team and consultants along with all project reporting

The Expo promises to be one of the world’s greatest events in recent history and to build the Firdaus Studio, which will house this celebrated female orchestra and famous and worldrenowned composer is something that we at PMKConsult will appreciate for many years to come.
