Logistics Warehouse for DSV

PMKConsult was appointed as a full-suite PMC seamlessly covering design, cost and project management following initial engagement with a contractor for this build-to-suit development. The brief was to realign the contractor's design development with DSV’s global design standards; interfacing between the contractor, developer and end user; coordinating approvals from the authorities and leading the project to completion. Our interrogation of DSV’s global warehouse design specifications ensured that the built facility suited the local climate and regulatory environment. We closely monitored progress on site and proactively managed the close-out and handover process whilst ensuring the project was delivered in line with client requirements.
