The Project
This project is a greenfield development comprising 37 luxury villas ranging from 650 sqm to 1,900 sqm (GFA), completed to shell and core level, with five land plots on the beachfront. It is being developed as a high-end luxury gated community. The combination of shell and core and land plots and the level definition of permitting and ownership of the internal distribution infrastructure presented unique challenges with respect to authority approvals. Furthermore, the use of bespoke materials challenged the team to develop and implement robust processes to ensure the desired level of quality is achieved.
