We got involved at the early design stages to ensure clients requirements were well-captured. We also provided project management inclusive of project strategy and coordination with the Emaar (base build developer) by understanding Emaar’s processes, requirements & restrictions, monitoring project programme and progress until completion and handover. Because the project was a shell and core fit out, we first had to manage the fit-out requirements from the framework of the existing structure rather than the final drawings of the residence in order to capture any disaccord that could negatively impact our work. We also handled cost management requiring cost planning, budget monitoring, procurement, contract administration, cash flow and forecast, valuation certification, change control, and final accounts to close out this residential estate
