PMKConsult was appointed as Lead Design Consultant and Project and Cost Management Consultant, providing design management, commercial oversight and stakeholder coordination from the earliest stages of the project. Working closely with Marjan, Marjan Design Lab, BDP and Havelock One Interiors, our team managed design development, aligned stakeholders and led value engineering workshops that reduced the initial project cost by 31 per cent while protecting the agreed design vision. Following the appointment of Havelock One Interiors as the design and build contractor, PMKConsult’s role expanded to include project management, commercial management, site supervision and architect of record services. We coordinated the design team, managed programme and commercial performance, and oversaw delivery through to completion, ensuring quality, cost and programme objectives were achieved throughout every stage of the project.
