The Project

This project consists of 2 residential villas situated in the affluent area of Dubai Hills Estate, Emerald Hills. Overlooking Dubai Hills golf course, the plots range from 1,300 sqm to 1,700 sqm. The scope includes the base build and fit out, including fully furnished rooms. Each villa comprises of an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, open outdoor terrace with jacuzzi and the latest audio-visual technology. The outdoor space includes a pool house, water features, bespoke landscaping and car park museums.

Our Appointment

PMKConsult was appointed as the sole project management and cost management consultants. We implemented firm project controls, reporting and communication channels. Managing the project from design, through to construction, the project is ongoing and currently under construction. Our commercial team oversees cost planning, budget monitoring, procurement, contract administration, change control and valuation certification. Through careful oversight of the project costs at each stage our commercial team ensure that the project budget is adhered to. Our technical expertise ensures all stakeholders work effectively to deliver within the specified timelines as per the project programme. Our experience working in the region provides invaluable knowledge when dealing with authority approvals.

The Benefit

As the client was not experienced in the field of construction, we acted on behalf of the client to ensure that the project is well coordinated between both the consultants and contractor, and that key issues and risks were managed appropriately. Guiding the client through the full process from design through to completion. The plots are perfectly situated to provide scenic views onto the golf course, as well as the city skyline in the distance, including a view of the Burj Khalifa.
