The Project
The Roanhead Farm development comprises a luxury eco-lodge resort with central amenities set in idyllic countryside. It will be managed under sustainability principles by a leading European holiday resort operator, delivering high standards of unforgettable guest activities and experiences. New public rights of way will also be introduced. The project will position the area as a tourist destination, enhancing the economy with construction and hospitality jobs and bringing the tourism multiplier effect. The lodges will be located strategically and suspended in order to avoid intervention with wildlife. The stone farm buildings will be retained and adapted to contain a spa, high-end restaurants and other facilities.
