The Project
The G+10 storey building (24,000 sqm) was a previously distressed asset that required reignition. To recover this project, we developed a bespoke procurement strategy allowing the design, construction works, and operational briefing to run in parallel. The medical facility has 165 patient bedrooms including 15 ICU bedrooms, 1 VVIP, 6 isolation rooms and 11 VIP / HDU rooms, along with three procedure rooms and eight outpatient consultancy suites. The hospital has eight state of the-art gymnasiums, a hydrotherapy pool, dedicated floors for pediatric care, a full radiology suite with MRI and CT scans, fully equipped laboratories, and a pharmacy.
