The project involved managing the fit-out of The Founders Office in line with our client’s brief, the design, which includes locally sourced materials, suppliers, and incorporates a unique moving sand dune feature. The project comprised the fit out of circa 1,400 sqm of Gross Floor Area (GFA) to a unique design concept aimed at creating a traditional Arabic style setting with modern functional capability.

We handled the contract management for pre and post contract stage as well as managing all stakeholders for the project. The work was carried out within a 6-month programme. We managed the tender process, as well as handled the appraisals and production of the tender report. We implemented robust cost controls to monitor and advise our client on cost and budget through the pre-contract stage. Our team also provided contractual advice through the tender and contract formulation stage in addition to contract administration advice to our client in the post contract stage.
